These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of the CheerMom mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Platform”), operated by CheerMom.app (“CheerMom,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account, purchasing a subscription, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account or purchase a subscription.
Athlete or minor-access profiles must be created and managed by a parent or legal guardian.
By using CheerMom, you represent that:
- You have authority to create and manage any athlete profiles associated with your account.
- You will use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws.
Platform Purpose
CheerMom is designed to help families organize:
- Cheer schedules
- Competitions
- Practices
- Travel weekends
- Reminders
- Team events
- Season timelines
- Related family coordination
Features may include:
- AI packet uploads
- Automated schedule building
- Reminders and notifications
- Family sharing
- Athlete dashboards
- Competition tracking
- Search and autofill systems
- Expense tracking
- Affiliate recommendations
- CheerMom Collective experiences
Features may evolve over time.
Account Structure & Family Access
Account Owner
The Account Owner controls:
- Billing
- Subscriptions
- Athlete profiles
- Permissions
- Family invitations
- Reminders and settings
Family Members
Family members may receive limited access to schedules, reminders, competitions, and athlete-related information.
Athlete Profiles
Athlete profiles may include limited permissions and may not access:
- Billing
- Subscription settings
- Financial information
The Account Owner is responsible for all activity associated with their account and invited users.
User Responsibilities
You agree:
- To provide accurate information
- Not to misuse the Platform
- Not to interfere with Platform operations
- Not to upload malicious or unlawful content
- Not to attempt unauthorized access
You are responsible for reviewing all imported or AI-generated information for accuracy.
AI Processing & Uploads
You may upload:
- PDFs
- Screenshots
- Schedules
- Team packets
- Images
- Event documents
By uploading content, you confirm that you have the right to upload and process such materials.
CheerMom may use automated systems and AI technologies to:
- Analyze uploaded materials
- Extract event information
- Generate reminders
- Build season schedules
- Improve organization systems
- Improve search and autofill functionality
- Improve recommendation systems
AI-generated information may not always be accurate and should be reviewed by you.
Free AI Previews & Referral Unlocks
Free users may receive limited AI upload previews.
Free AI previews may:
- Process only part of an uploaded file
- Limit the number of pages, files, screenshots, or extracted events
- Require upgrades or referral-based unlocks for full processing
CheerMom may offer referral-based unlocks, promotional AI processing, or limited-use upload benefits.
Referral rewards may require:
- Account creation by the referred user
- Completion of onboarding
- Eligibility verification
CheerMom reserves the right to:
- Modify referral programs
- Revoke rewards
- Deny rewards in cases of abuse or duplicate account activity
- Modify upload limits at any time
Promotional rewards and unlocks have no cash value.
Subscriptions & Billing
CheerMom may offer:
- Free plans
- Monthly subscriptions
- Annual subscriptions
- Promotional pricing
Current subscription offerings may include:
- Season Pass
- Pro
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before renewal.
Payments are processed through:
- The Apple App Store
- Google Play
- Approved payment providers
Pricing and plan structures may change over time.
Annual Billing & Cancellation Policy
Annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full subscription term.
Annual subscription payments are non-refundable once the billing period begins, except where required by applicable law or app marketplace policies.
If you cancel a subscription, you retain access through the remainder of the paid subscription period.
Deleting the app does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
Refund requests are subject to:
- The Apple App Store’s policies
- Google Play’s policies
- Applicable laws
Affiliate Links, Recommendations & Sponsored Content
CheerMom may display:
- Affiliate offers
- Sponsored content
- Travel recommendations
- Hotel offers
- Rental car promotions
- Cheer apparel promotions
- Wellness products
- Family-related offers
Some recommendations may generate affiliate commissions for CheerMom.
You are not required to engage with recommendations or sponsored content.
CheerMom Collective & Community Experiences
CheerMom may provide:
- Newsletters
- Educational content
- Community experiences
- Event updates
- Promotions
- Affiliate offers
- Partner communications
- CheerMom Collective experiences
You may optionally subscribe to:
- Marketing emails
- Newsletters
- SMS updates
- Push notifications
- Partner offers
You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
Intellectual Property
All Platform content, branding, software, systems, workflows, AI systems, and design elements are owned by CheerMom.app and protected under applicable intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, reverse engineer, copy, distribute, resell, or exploit any portion of the Platform without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
The Platform is provided “as is.”
CheerMom is not responsible for:
- Missed competitions
- Inaccurate reminders
- Scheduling conflicts
- AI extraction errors
- Inaccuracies in imported data
- Event changes by gyms or organizers
- User-entered errors
- Notification delivery failures
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CheerMom shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Account Termination
CheerMom may suspend or terminate accounts that:
- Violate these Terms
- Misuse the Platform
- Interfere with Platform operations
- Engage in unlawful behavior
Changes to Terms
CheerMom may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
